I love these sun glasses. I had been trying to decide what I wanted for a while. When your spending that kind of money you want the right item. These are great for keeping the sun out. They are classy as well. They do feel a bit heavy at first but that comes with getting sun glasses with real glass lenses. you'll get used to them quickly. But, when I received these in the mail they had a crack in them. I contacted the seller and they assured me that they place there order to the company directly when they get the order from me, then the item ships from Maui Jim directly. But, they also said they could not help me till they contacted Maui Jim on their end and were giving me the run around as far as I could see... for that price all I want to hear is "We'll take care of it sir." In any case I then contacted Maui Jim directly myself and they took care of the problem promptly. so, in short, if this happens to you just call Maui Jim, they show the class you would expect and deserve.
